Refund policy
All sales are final, unless damaged during the shipment. All Artwork is packaged to prevent any damage. Damaged items are to be returned within 1week of receipt and your purchase will be refunded in full less the shipping cost.
NOTE: All computer display colours differently, so if you are not sure about the colours of the paintings, please ask for more images.
If the artwork is damaged during shipping, the painting must be returned in the original packaging with all enclosed documentation and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
.Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
